-new band is so exciting and i’m fucking psyched to be playing guitar again
-jumprope routine has gotten longer/more intense but has also become easier so i think that means i must be getting in better shape?
-in addition to feeling better in the ways i guess i’m supposed to, exercising every day has meant being able to play the curmudgeon set, which is a little longer, faster, and much more physically demanding than it has ever been before, like twice in a row without feeling totally depleted, which rules cause if i suck then we suck and most recently i’m pretty sure i don’t.
-cmuggn west coast tour looks good and will hopefully contain sick food i can’t get here.
-the strength of friendships i care about most all feel pretty good right now
-new records are so close
-new tattoos are even closer!
